· post  attachments or other URLs- no spamming
· post offensive or harassing messages
· post profanity or explicit language
· post duplicate messages or bump other messages
· post messages in all CAPS
· post signatures on your posts - your name is already on your profile
· use returns at the end of each line, only for paragraphs
· be disrespectful to other members or to staff
