With your completed membership application, we’ll also ask that you send documentation stating that you meet the following membership requirements:
- Submit a membership Application
- Be in business at least 2 years
- Provide credit information
- 6 References from major suppliers
- Bank References
- Good D & B rating OR profit/loss
- Projected annual sales in excess of $250,000
- Purchase one time share of stock of $50.00
- Non-refundable $150 application fee
